At the end of a lease or at the time a client is considering his or her exit from the investment, who better to assist with lease and sale negotiations than the company that has intimate knowledge of the property, tenant base, and surrounding marketplace acquired by managing the property on a daily basis?
Steve Rodgers has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years with extensive experience in Property Management, Asset Management, Brokerage, and Construction Management. With the experience gained from 16 years working in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Real Estate Market, Steve has brought the professionalism and sophistication of a very complex market to the Central Texas area.
Steve formed Rodgers Commercial Realty in 2015 with Property Management being the foundation of the services provided. Steve holds his Texas’ Brokers License and holds both the CCIM and CPM Designations.

As the main support effort to Property Management, our Brokerage services include Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, and Investment Analysis. Licensed to conduct Brokerage Services in the State of Texas, Rodgers Commercial Realty, LLC has the ability to assist our Client’s from the very beginning of the investment cycle to disposition and each step in between. We utilize our Brokerage experience to help maximize our Property Management client’s rent potential when bringing in new Tenants as well as when renewing existing Tenants. We utilize a ground up approach to marketing our properties for sale or for lease starting with property-level efforts such as professional signage, then having a web presence through online marketing and listing tools as well as relying heavily upon our research capabilities to actively pursue possible prospective Buyers and/or Tenants. Throughout our approach, we constantly strive to maximize our communication efforts by simply being available.
Rodgers Commercial Realty, LLC was formed in May of 2015 to serve the greater San Antonio MSA. Our focus is investment-grade, multi-tenant properties in the industrial, office, and retail sectors. We specialize in Property Management Services and offer a complete range of services from Maintenance Coordination, Rent Collection, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Tenant Reconciliation. To compliment the Property Management Services we offer, our Brokerage Services are also focused on investment-grade, multi-tenant assets where we can assist our clients from the beginning of their investment to the end. We believe there is no one more suited to market a property for lease or for sale than the one that has managed the asset. This results in a unique level of knowledge as to how the asset performs, the mix of tenants, and what makes the property marketable. We utilize a wide variety of both on-site tools and online services to help broadcast available spaces and/or entire properties to users, investors, and real estate professionals nationwide.
Steve Rodgers, CCIM, CPM®
Mr. Rodgers has been in the commercial realty estate and construction industries since he entered the workforce in May of 2005. A graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, Steve began his career in the construction industry performing as a Project Superintendent, a Project Manager, and an Estimator for a Dallas-based general contractor. Steve was then recruited by a large industrial real estate developer in Dallas and began working in the Property Management, Asset Management, Construction Management, and Operations side of the CRE business while earning his Real Estate License and then his Brokers License from the Texas Real Estate Commission. Next, Steve joined a large Property Management firm where he worked as the Regional Property Supervisor, managing up to 3,000,000 square feet of office space, coordinating a team of 10 property managers, day porters, security personnel, and building engineers.
Steve currently sits on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as Treasurer and holds his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. In addition to his CPM Designation, Steve is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the National Association of Realtors. Steve is active in the New Braunfels community, being a member of the New Braunfels Rotary Club, the Comal County A&M Club and is a graduate of Leadership New Braunfels, Class of 2014 through the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.
