At SVN | Traditions, our focus begins with our Property Management Services. We believe the execution of the responsibilities as required in every Lease Agreement is critical to the success of both our clients as well as the tenants who occupy space in our managed assets. We don’t stop with the execution of the Lease Agreement; we pride ourselves on ensuring that our client is providing the services they commit to and are appropriately compensated as agreed upon in the Agreement.
We offer a full range of management functions, including rent collection, payable processing, budgeting, monthly financial reporting, tenant reconciliation, and property maintenance and repair coordination. Whether it is a tenant, owner, vendor, or contractor, we want to be the one resource each one can contact to resolve any property-related issue. At the end of a lease or at the time a client is considering their exit from the investment, who better to assist with lease and sale negotiations than the company that has an intimate working knowledge of the property, tenant base, and surrounding marketplace acquired by managing the property on a daily basis?

The SVN | Traditions team offers a combined 50+ years of commercial real estate experience in valuation, property management, and brokerage services. Led by Co-Managing Directors, Steve Rodgers, CPM®, CCIM, and Travis Taylor, MAI, CCIM, SVN | Traditions is ready to assist its clients with their investment goals and objectives throughout the life cycle of the investment.

Brokerage
Our Brokerage services include Project Leasing, Tenant Representation, Investment Sales, and Investment Analysis. Licensed to conduct Brokerage Services in the State of Texas, SVN | Traditions can assist our clients from the very beginning of the investment cycle to disposition and each step in between. We utilize our Brokerage experience to help maximize our Property Management client’s rent potential when bringing in new Tenants and when renewing existing Tenants. We welcome the opportunity to work with other Brokerage professionals to collaborate on getting deals done. We feel that this is in the best interest of our clients.
We utilize a ground-up approach to marketing our properties for sale or for lease, starting with property-level efforts such as professional signage, then having a web presence through online marketing and listing tools, as well as relying heavily upon our research capabilities to actively pursue possible prospective Buyers and/or Tenants. We constantly strive to maximize our communication efforts by simply being available throughout our approach.
About Us
SVN | Traditions (formerly Rodgers Commercial Realty, LLC) was formed in February of 2022 to serve the Greater San Antonio/New Braunfels Market. Our focus is investment-grade, multi-tenant properties in the industrial, office, and retail sectors. We specialize in Property Management Services and offer a complete range of services from Maintenance Coordination, Rent Collection, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Tenant Reconciliation. We pride ourselves on being responsive to not only our clients but our tenants and vendors as well.
To complement the Property Management Services we offer, we also focus our Brokerage Services on investment-grade, multi-tenant assets where we can assist our clients from the beginning of their investment to the end. We believe there is no one more suited to market a property for lease or for sale than the one that is managing the asset. This results in a unique level of knowledge about how the asset performs, the mix of tenants, and what makes the property marketable. We utilize a wide variety of on-site tools and online services to help broadcast available spaces and/or entire properties to users, investors, and real estate professionals nationwide.
